About The Toolbox

Hi, my name is Joshua, I’m a Certified Clinical Life Coach, & Therapist. I have spent more than two decades working in the Mental Health and have collected extensive knowledge from many areas in the field as well as experience. I work from a solution focused school of thought and rely heavily on my experience as a Master Neuro-Linguistics Specialist. I have worked diligently to gain balance between understanding how to effectively address Emotions as well as the biological basis of behaviors, mindsets, and identity in order to know what methods (Tools) works best for each individual according to how they are individually wired.

Helping clients achieve and grow is my passion. I started The Toolbox to give individuals a safe, productive space to learn how to deal with the problems and hardships that life brings. Our mission is to be authentic in our approach meeting each individual where they are and walking along side them throughout the journey offering insights and opportunities for growth along the way. This allows us to dig deep into the multi-facited issues our Clients bring to us and offer several TOOLS to help. However, the main goal of any Life Coaching, or Therapy is growing relationships and empowering the individual so we are not here just to treat you, we are here to walk beside you and develop relationship with you as we work together to equip you to live as the best version of you. We also offer an “out of the box” style that you will not find with traditional therapy.

Every client is important and no situation is so far gone that action can’t be taken. Sometimes circumstances seem hopeless; don’t give up! We are here to help!

You have the project, we have the Tools.

Hey, my name is Jacob Mundy. I am a clinical life coach. I received my training at Richmont Graduate University.

My areas of interest are Narrative Work, Solutions Focused Coaching, Psychodynamic Work, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, and Multicultural Coaching, all with a Trauma-lens, Transformational-lens, and a Systems-lens. This allows me to dive deep into coaching men, couples, families, POC, premarital coaching, grief coaching, and career coaching.

What does all of that mean? It’s really simple:

  • You have a story, and your story matters.

  • There are things that have happened in your past that give you a lens through which you see the world.

  • Your behaviors often have deeply held beliefs that fuel them.

  • There are often dissatisfactions in your present that make it difficult to change what is not working.

  • There IS path forward where you can accomplish your goals and meet your dreams.

Let’s work together to find the change you are looking for.

Hi, my name is Rachel Oglesby and I am a certified clinical life coach.

I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2022. Since then I have completed further training and certifications including Neurolinguistics courses through the iNLP as well as an internship focused on clinical life coaching.  Additionally, I have been a licensed wellness coach since 2021. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life but I am especially passionate in working with adolescents and young adults. I specialize in personal growth, anxiety, depression, burn out, school stress, boundaries, self-esteem, relationships, communication, and unhelpful patterns.

Traditional therapy is not for everyone which is why clinical life coaches exist. Through my life experiences and extensive education as an adult, I have found that life coaching is a system that worked to give me the tools I needed and allowed me to build on those coping skills to achieve both my short and long term goals. I want to do the same for my clients. Everyone is different and needs different skills at different times, I will always meet you where you are in your mental health journey. “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, and that’s true but another part of that is Rome was built with many tools and no one did it alone. It takes teamwork and the right instruments to build something to that scale. So wherever you are in your journey, if that’s just a little remodeling and starting with the foundation, I look forward to helping you on your journey and building the blueprint together to achieve your goals.
